You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

Don't use THIS AI SITE to create anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights. We may suspend sites or accounts that break these rules or abuse the platform.

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the rules in full, including our anti-spam rules. Report abuse to [email protected].

We send you the email needed to operate your account — address confirmation, password resets, security alerts, site notifications and billing receipts. We do not send marketing email. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

If your own site sends email to its visitors, you are the sender: you must have their permission, honour opt-outs promptly, and follow the anti-spam rules in our Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you. We may suspend sending for any site that breaks them.

You own the sites you create and the content you add. You grant us the permissions needed to host, run and serve them on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

Paid plans and usage are billed as described in the app. Payments to your own customers are processed through your connected Stripe account and are governed by Stripe's terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
