Acceptable Use Policy

Unsolicited bulk email — spam — is strictly prohibited. You may only email people who have a genuine prior relationship with you or who have explicitly opted in to hear from you.

You may not send to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or otherwise third-party-sourced recipient lists. If you cannot show when and how a recipient opted in, you must not email them.

Forged, altered, or misleading headers are prohibited, as are misleading subject lines, deceptive sender names, and false return addresses. The recipient must be able to tell who is writing to them and why.

Every non-transactional message must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and must honour opt-outs promptly. We enforce this automatically: addresses that bounce, complain, or unsubscribe are added to a platform-wide suppression list and can no longer be emailed.

You may not use THIS AI SITE to send or host phishing, credential harvesting, malware, spyware, or any content designed to defraud or deceive. You may not use it for illegal content, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You may not attempt to evade filtering, rate limits, suppression lists, or any other abuse control on the platform.

Accounts and sites that violate this policy are suspended, and sending privileges are revoked. We may act without notice where there is a risk of ongoing harm, and we cooperate with lawful requests from mailbox providers and authorities.
